Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Overview

The Coverage Coach offers personalized insurance counseling via virtual meetings. Our services include one-time consultations as well as subscription-based ongoing support. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Per-Session Consultations:

Cancellation More Than 24 Hours in Advance: No cancellation fee; full refund of the session fee will be issued.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the session fee will be forfeited.

Subscription-Based Services:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. Cancellation by The Coverage Coach

If we are unable to provide a scheduled virtual consultation due to technical issues or provider unavailability, we will offer one of the following options:

A full refund for the affected session.

A complimentary rescheduled session at no additional charge.

4. Refund Requests

Refunds are available only for sessions that are cancelled by The Coverage Coach or due to technical issues on our end.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at coveragecoaching@gmail.com. Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the affected session.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 10–15 business days.

5. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Once a consultation has been completed and the advice rendered, fees for that session are non-refundable.

For subscription services, fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

6. Customer Responsibility

To ensure the quality of your service, please provide accurate information when booking your appointment. We are not responsible for missed sessions if you fail to join the virtual meeting at the scheduled time.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to services booked after the effective date of the amendment.
